AG Book Rounded

Even with the variety available in its Akzidenz Grotesk family, the Berthold foundry extended the expressive range of this typeface by designing an additional display family: the less formal, more casual AG Book Rounded. Designed in 1980 by Günter Gerhard Lange, AG Book Rounded is a multi-purpose display type appropriate for packaging, posters, and advertising work; it is very popular for signage in Europe.

AG Book Rounded is a display typeface designed to be used at sizes of 18
points and greater. Screen resolution is poor at smaller sizes due to the resolution limitations of screen devices. These limitations do not affect printed output, but this font may still be hard to read at small sizes.
